Daleside Road is also known as the A612, on the east side of Nottingham Centre - the road signposted to Southwell, Lowdham and Colwick. It is a main thoroughfare from Meadow Lane, and Manvers Street, heading out of town.

Arriving from Leicester, Bingham, and Grantham:-

Travel to Junction of A46, and A52 at Bingham, follow signs for A52 Nottingham City Centre until the dual carriageway ends in West Bridgford (just after the Gamston Bridge pub and Holme Pierrepont Watersports Centre turn). After approx 3/4 mile keep right as the road splits at a BIG set of traffic lights. Carry straight on (NOT BEARING LEFT) over Lady Bay Bridge - signed for Colwick & Southwell. At the next set of lights turn right, and keep in the right hand lane on Meadow Lane. The next lights are at a big island - turn right in front of FWG Glass, take next exit and again stay in the right hand of the two lanes. At the mini roundabout do a 'U' turn. We are the second building on the left - with a small forecourt opening onto the road.

Arriving from Southwell, Ollerton and Newark:-

Travel to Lowdham Island (Junction of A6097, and A612) and take the A612 heading towards Nottingham. Follow the road for about 5 miles through Burton Joyce, passing Gedling, Carlton, and Colwick. After passing signs to Colwick Racecourse, and at the next island ('A' Plant on left), cross over the island past Trent Lane, we are the second building on the left - with a small forecourt opening onto the road.

Arriving from Derby, Birmingham, Sheffield via J25 M1 :-

Follow A52 towards Nottingham CITY CENTRE (Football fans head for the Notts County Ground), and follow signs for A612 Southwell, Colwick, or Burton Joyce.

Alternatively to avoid the City Centre - Follow A52 towards Nottingham, and turn right onto the Ring Road heading for Grantham. Go over the first flyover, and take the left hand lane which becomes a slip road to an Island just after Sytners and Gray Paul Ferrari dealers. Turn left at the island and merge to the right onto Riverside Way, past NG2 Business Park and Homebase, where you should pick up signs for Southwell A612, and Colwick. Follow until you have passed the Notts County Football Club on Meadow Lane, SCS Furniture & big retail park on your left. At the trafffic lights at a big island (FWG Glass ahead) - turn right (second exit) and again stay in the right hand lane. At the mini roundabout do a 'U' turn. We are the second building on the left - with a small forecourt opening onto the road.
